Modern Villa with private outdoor pool and sea view, accomodates 7 guests (6+1 child). There is 180 m² of space distributed on two levels.
A large living room overlooking the sea and most beautiful sunsets imaginable, open plan dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen are at the ground floor.
From here there is a direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor pool, dining area and beside the pool sun chairs are providedx.
On the first floor three spacious bedrooms with double (180x200) and single beds (90x200), each with a and a sea view balcony provide relaxation, and there are two more bathrooms with walk in shower as well as bath, and bidet. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with SMART TVs.
WIFI internet access and Air conditioning throughout the house. Also there are safe, bicycles, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, baby cot free of charge.
Villa's privacy is guaranteed with fully fenced yard where 3 private parking spaces are provided.
Situated in Zadar region, in the heart of Dalmatian coast, Rovanjska is peaceful village overlooking the bay and Velebit mountain. It is ideally placed to explore croatian coast as it is close to airport (30km), highway (500m) and within
1.5 hour by car 4 National parks are situated ( Paklenica 11km, Plitvice (UNESCO), Krka, Kornati). Towns Zadar 30 km, Sibenik, Split are close.There are small shops and restaurants at walking distance.
With crystal clear sea, pebble beaches within few minutes and undisturbed wild landscape around the Villa it is certainly worth of Your visit.

Villa Stellante
The house and the facilities are awesome, very clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. With 5 people, we had enough space for luggage and our belongings in the bed- and bathrooms as well as the living area. The A/C in the house allows for a calm and cold sleep even when its hot outside, which is an additional plus!
The neighborhood is rather small with the beach in walkable
distance. We spent a lot of time at the pool, cooked dinner at the BBQ station and enjoyed the evenings at the terrace. Zadar is 40min away and there is a very beautiful national park within 1.5h of drive which is worth a visit.
We would definitely come back and rent this house again as we were absolutely happy with our stay, the house, and the host!

Villa Stellante
Our stay at Villa Stellante was an absolute dream.
The villa is stunning - beautifully modern, comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The views from the villa and garden are breathtaking - better than the photos. The pool was a big hit with our family, and the hosts ensured it was always clean, informing us in advance before coming in the mornings to maintain it.
The location is private yet well-connected. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with scenic spots just minutes away. While a car is recommended for exploring, you could easily spend your days relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view. Despite the hot weather, there was always a refreshing mountain breeze.
What made this trip unforgettable was the host. From the moment we booked, Jelena made us feel welcome, going out of her way to prepare special extras for us and for our kids. Her kindness and attentiveness, made us feel incredibly comfortable. She was truly invested in making our stay perfect.
This was the best holiday we’ve ever had. We loved every minute, and the kids were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you, and we can’t wait to return!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.
Gastgeberin sehr nett und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert.
Sie hat uns auch über die
Wettervorhersage informiert (einmal wurde starker Wind vorausgesagt und sie hat uns gewarnt, damit unsere Sachen nicht verweht werden).
Es gab einen Stromausfall (der das ganze Dorf betroffen hat) und ihr Mann ist extra gekommen, um uns zu zeigen, wie man das Garagentor auch Stromlos öffnen kann.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer spektakulären Lage. Es ist auch sehr sauber und wirklich perfekt gepflegt. Die Betten sind etwas hart, aber nicht extrem. (Wir mögen sowas lieber als durchgelegene Betten).
Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine Wunderschönezeit in dem Haus von Jelena. Wir hatten viele schöne Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Unterkunft war in real noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Pool war ein Traum. In dem Haus war alles was man braucht. Ein wirklich netter Empfang von Jelena. Die Betten waren Super.
Einfach ein sehr schönes Haus. Der Blick auf die Bucht jeden Morgen.
Wir können das Haus jeden wärmstens empfehlen.
